This full-time remote position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, enabling you to focus on what you do best—helping clients.

Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own work schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. You will have the tools and support to provide care through telehealth, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video counseling sessions for individual adults, using evidence-based practices to guide your therapeutic approach.

• Collaborate with other psychiatric providers and fellow counselors, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor client improvement and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Receive regular consultation and support from leadership during weekly drop-in sessions, ensuring you have the guidance needed to thrive in your role.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress efficiently using our custom-built electronic medical records (EMR) system, integrated with treatment software and crisis protocols.

You will primarily work with adults facing a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution. Licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is essential.

• A minimum of one year of independent clinical experience as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• Demonstrated ability and commitment to treating a variety of populations and mental health disorders, with a strong focus on providing culturally responsive care.
