Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status, utilizing evidence-based tools and techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized therapy plans aimed at addressing specific issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma.
\n
• Monitor client progress by scheduling regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing, self-awareness, and coping strategies, employing culturally competent methodologies.

• Act as a resource for clients by guiding them towards additional healthcare providers when required, such as psychiatrists or specialized care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, best practices, and receive ongoing professional feedback and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and addictive behaviors. Our telehealth model allows us to reach individuals who may have limited access to mental health services due to geographic, economic, or social barriers, enabling you to make a meaningful impact in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of successful client engagement and treatment outcomes.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and the ability to implement evidence-based practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
