This role is fully remote, utilizing a telehealth model to provide services from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based counseling sessions with individual adult clients via secure video conferencing platforms.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive, integrated treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize self-assessment and goal progress measures to monitor patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet client needs.

• Participate in weekly clinical drop-in sessions to receive guidance and support from leadership, ensuring continual professional development.

Your practice will encompass a wide range of mental health issues as you serve diverse populations, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders. You will be committed to delivering culturally responsive care, valuing the unique perspectives and experiences of each client, and adapting your approaches accordingly. Engaging in evidence-based practices ensures that your clients can effectively work towards their personal treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (license as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• At least 1 year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• Strong commitment to serving adult populations, particularly those at increased risk, and a welcoming stance towards treating a diverse clientele.

• Tech-savviness, with enthusiasm for leveraging digital tools in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years’ recent experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
