Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing specialized techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Facilitating supportive therapy sessions that encourage patients to process their traumas and effectively develop healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during traumatic incidents, helping patients access immediate resources if needed.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.
