While we serve a diverse clientele, your schedule will primarily revolve around traditional business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and identify effective treatment paths.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and resilience.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing traumatic experiences and establishing coping mechanisms.
\n
• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Deliver immediate crisis interventions and support when clients face trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about the psychological impacts of trauma, coping strategies, and available resources.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential records in strict compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to the shared learning and growth of the practice.

• Stay abreast of advancements in trauma therapy to ensure the highest quality of care for your patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals recovering from various trauma experiences, including survivors of abuse, violence, natural disasters, and life-altering events. By employing a trauma-informed lens, you will help clients navigate their recovery in a safe, validating environment that fosters healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and a commitment to empathic, trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience preferred, with specific emphasis on trauma-focused therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
