Work Environment\n

This role will primarily function in a remote setting with flexible hours to accommodate patient needs, while collaborating closely with colleagues through virtual meetings and consultations. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variability as needed based on patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify individuals' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for patients to express their feelings and develop healthy coping strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring timely and effective response to trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them to navigate their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
