Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals who have experienced significant trauma, requiring a nuanced understanding of PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. The diverse backgrounds of our clients necessitate a therapist who is empathetic, culturally competent, and skilled in various treatment approaches tailored to individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health or therapeutic setting.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Proficient experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
