Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in offering individualized therapy and support. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, participating in regular case reviews and team meetings.

• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops and training programs to stay current with emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide support for a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients and facilitate effective treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
