Key Responsibilities\n

  Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, including clinical and progress notes, in accordance with departmental policies and industry standards.

  Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

  Provide individual and group counseling, focusing on crisis intervention and treatment for emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues.

  Engage with clients' family members and support systems, guiding them on treatment and discharge plans to promote holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes diverse individuals dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing evidence-based practices and personalized approaches, you will assist clients in navigating their unique situations and achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

  A valid license in Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

  A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

  At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting dealing with diverse patient populations is essential.

  Strong proficiency in technology, including electronic medical records systems, word processing, email, and spreadsheet applications.

  Demonstrated therapeutic skills with a focus on engaging and motivating clients throughout their treatment journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, further complemented by a comprehensive benefits program.
