Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, focusing on adults who are motivated to engage in therapy. All clients undergo a thorough screening process prior to being placed on the platform, ensuring that they are stable and present their low-acuity mental health concerns. This demographic includes individuals facing mood disorders, stress-related issues, and life transitions, allowing you to apply your therapeutic skills in meaningful ways.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, opportunities for bonuses are available based on performance and client outcomes.
