Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders and other mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions within the secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular clinical meetings for case reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance therapy approaches.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care, advocating for clients’ best interests.

• Engage in community outreach activities, offering educational workshops and seminars to increase mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily include individuals dealing with mood disorders, but our clientele encompasses a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
