Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, tailoring treatment plans to fit their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in either Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate case documentation and timely follow-ups.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and therapies, along with a commitment to professional ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
