Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized and effective therapy strategies tailored to the individual needs of clients, which may include conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to diverse client groups including individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, leveraging the expertise of colleagues in various fields to optimize client outcomes.

• Document clinical interactions meticulously in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population consisting of individuals and families who may face barriers to accessing mental health care. This includes clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
