Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, in both individual and group settings.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation while adhering to state regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a robust team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients, participating in regular team meetings and case reviews.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay at the forefront of mental health research and evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical environment.

• Strong knowledge of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse client population.

• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
