Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and their families, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and backgrounds.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Complete required documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance forms, within designated timelines to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.

• Develop crisis interventions, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that empower clients and support their ongoing stability and recovery.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions out of therapy and into independent living or additional care if needed.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, including NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of practice are maintained.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to foster collaboration and refine therapeutic strategies based on shared learning.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensure and enhance clinical competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field leading to licensure is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience within a telehealth environment is highly desirable, along with familiarity with online therapy platforms and EMR systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
