Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and establish personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of each client.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions.

• Provide prompt crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, helping to stabilize their situations and create safety plans as needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for our clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources available, advocating effectively for their needs and rights.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Massachusetts (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
