Work Environment\n

This position allows the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere within Massachusetts. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential adjustments in scheduling to cater to patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gauge each patient's unique experiences and mental health history, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring they are adapted to reflect the personal and cultural backgrounds of patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that successfully address various mental health concerns, enhancing each patient's resilience and overall well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care across disciplines.

• Provide essential crisis intervention support, offering timely help during mental health emergencies and guidance for patients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW within the state of Massachusetts.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.
