This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexible work arrangements that cater to both staff and patient needs. Our work hours are generally set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules. In addition to remote consultations, team collaboration occurs via regular virtual meetings and case consultations, ensuring an aligned and effective therapeutic approach.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's history and unique needs.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, resilience, and cognitive-behavioral strategies.

  Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during sessions.

  Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process their trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and foster healing.

  Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care, regularly updating treatment plans in line with patient progress.

  Provide crisis intervention support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by various types of trauma, including those who are managing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will work with a diverse patient population, providing tailored care that respects each individual's unique background, experiences, and therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

  Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

  Proven experience utilizing trauma-informed treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
