Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the unique mental health needs of clients, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, facilitating access to immediate support and resources.
\n
• Participate in community outreach programs, educational workshops, and initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness across Springfield.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. The therapist will address a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related human service field.
