Work Environment\n

This remote position allows counselors to enjoy the flexibility of working from home, while still having the support and resources of a collaborative outpatient office. Counselors will adhere to a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment protocols.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
