This role offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to manage your schedule during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration, ensuring a detailed understanding of their individual challenges.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, preferences, and recovery goals, enhancing engagement and adherence to treatment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the symptoms of mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their journey toward recovery.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and support.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, incorporating new knowledge into practice.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and cultures, allowing you the opportunity to apply culturally sensitive approaches in your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and a proven ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists.

• Proven history of successful client outcomes in treating mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering strong rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
