Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to accurately identify the specific mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Create personalized treatment plans that align with the clients’ needs, ensuring they are responsive to changing circumstances and aspirations.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain very detailed and timely documentation of each client encounter, ensuring compliance with both organizational policies and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Adhere strictly to ethical and legal standards to safeguard client confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the counseling profession.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; advanced degrees (Master's or higher) are preferred.

• Current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, focusing on mental health treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
