Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapy modalities.

• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor progress while adapting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

• Offer flexible teletherapy services to accommodate clients’ needs, ensuring accessibility and convenience for individuals in various circumstances.

• Keep meticulous documentation that complies with ethical standards and ensures the delivery of high-quality care.

• Actively pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and trainings to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, each bringing unique challenges and stories. Our primary focus is on individuals coping with trauma, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and relationship issues. As such, you will be essential in providing a safe space that encourages open dialogue and healing. Your role will be critical in helping clients recognize their strengths and develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
\n
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
\n
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a varied client caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting working with similar client populations is preferred.

• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and experience conducting virtual therapy sessions.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities that you can incorporate into client treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Foundation Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a supportive work environment, we provide:
