This full-time position is primarily conducted via telehealth, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining patient care excellence. The role accommodates a Monday to Friday work week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the complex challenges faced by older adults, taking into account cognitive, physical, and social factors.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, focusing on geriatric psychiatric conditions that impact quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited college or university.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical practice experience is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience conducting therapy sessions with elderly clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a geriatric mental health setting will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n
