This role encompasses a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience while providing critical mental health counseling. Although your primary work will be conducted remotely, you will engage in regular team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to ensure cohesive team collaboration. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health challenges. Our clients often face obstacles such as anxiety, depression, attention disorders, and behavioral issues. Your compassionate, child-centered approach will be vital in building a rapport and earning trust within this sensitive demographic, ensuring they feel safe and understood in their therapy journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Experience providing both individual and family therapy to young clients.
