Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; candidates with a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or related disciplines are strongly preferred.

• Must possess or be close to obtaining licensure from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an LMFT or LCSW.

• Proven ability to work independently while effectively managing time and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience supporting diverse populations and working through various mental health challenges. Experience in child, adolescent, and family therapy is a plus, as well as any background in group therapy facilitation or crisis intervention. Additionally, bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous and will receive a salary differential.
