Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate and understand the needs of children and adolescents.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, adapting strategies based on developmental stages and family dynamics.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and family therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents, ensuring timely and effective response.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our team focuses on providing care to children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. You will work closely with young individuals, employing techniques and interventions that cater to their unique needs while also working with families to enhance the overall support system for our patients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
