Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents to determine their individual needs and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. We work with young individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and behavioral concerns. This role is pivotal in cultivating an empathetic and supportive atmosphere that acknowledges the unique emotional and psychological needs of children and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.

• Minimum two years of post-licensure experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Experience providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents, particularly through individual and family therapy sessions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to a child-centered approach in all interactions.

• A proven ability to build trust and rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications relevant to clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
