This is a fully remote position that allows you to create your own schedule to ensure maximum flexibility. As a Telehealth facility, technology will be at the forefront of your everyday interactions, providing you with the tools to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional states, utilizing effective diagnostic tools.

• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting to develop tailored treatment plans based on their needs.
\n
• Deliver individual therapy sessions tailored to clients of all ages, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and promote relational harmony.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date records of client progress, treatment objectives, and session notes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and documentation guidelines.
\n
• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to coordinate and integrate care across different health professionals.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices and techniques through continuous professional development.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, offering immediate support to clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse clientele, including teens navigating the challenges of adolescence, adults facing various life stressors, and couples seeking to enhance their relationships. Our core goal is to empower clients to gain insight into their struggles and implement actionable strategies for improvement. You will utilize therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), among others, to foster significant personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Active licensure through the State Board as a Marriage and Family Therapist is essential.

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
