Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Creating, organizing, and reviewing clinical treatment plans for individuals experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues. You will participate in team meetings to discuss and evaluate treatment options for clients.

• Conducting individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy sessions, providing quality therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Offering guidance and education to clients and their families about treatment plans, medication schedules, and coping strategies, ensuring adherence to a holistic recovery plan.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans and case summaries, in compliance with state regulations and best practice standards.

• Collaborating with medical professionals to assess the need for psychiatric medications, facilitating referrals as necessary.

• Supervising post-master’s fellows and trainees, ensuring they gain practical experience while growing in their understanding of clinical practices.

• Creating and facilitating psychoeducational workshops aimed at providing supportive skills and information to clients and their families.

• Engaging with community resources and agencies to advocate for client needs and facilitate additional support as required.

• Reporting safety risks and discussing mandated reporting guidelines where applicable, ensuring the safety and welfare of clients.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
