This position is 100% remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while making a difference in your clients' lives. Our full-time schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring time for personal mindfulness practices and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking stress relief and improved well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ unique stressors, challenges, and personal goals, subsequently adapting mindfulness techniques to meet these needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to enhance self-awareness, reduce anxiety, and promote emotional stability.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and interactive classes on mindfulness practices, providing clients with effective strategies for stress management and resilience building.

• Integrate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns while supporting clients in their overall growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that include mindfulness approaches.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, intervention strategies, and treatment plans, effectively tracking outcomes and insights over time.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
