Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking strategies for stress reduction and emotional wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify individual client stressors, challenges, and personal goals, customizing mindfulness practices to meet their specific needs.
\n
• Guide clients in mindfulness exercises and meditative practices, utilizing breathing techniques and self-reflection strategies to foster self-awareness and emotional balance.
\n
• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building techniques to empower clients and enhance community engagement.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices into ongoing individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns, enhancing client treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate client documentation, tracking progress and noting interventions to evaluate effectiveness and inform future treatment direction.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Proficiency in mindfulness practices, with the ability to integrate these techniques into therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
