Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients, providing therapy for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active license to practice therapy in Texas (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with demonstrated effectiveness in therapeutic outcomes.

• Strong written communication skills necessary for thorough documentation and reporting.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions by a licensing board in any jurisdiction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
