Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the mental health status of clients through comprehensive evaluations, including interviews and standardized assessments.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and identified conditions.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, utilizing multiple modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Provide clients with tools and strategies to effectively manage symptoms and overcome barriers to mental wellness.

• Collaborate with colleagues and external healthcare providers to coordinate care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A valid Texas state license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additionally, time-limited signing bonuses up to $1,000 are offered to enhance our competitive compensation package. Our benefits include:
