Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Manage a caseload of clients and adapt therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care providers and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and staying informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on providing mental health support to underserved populations, offering a range of services tailored to individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
