Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify and document the mental health status of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse client populations and mental health approaches.

• Proficiency in various therapy modalities and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building rapport with clients and working collaboratively within a treatment team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
