Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to meet client needs.

• Deliver therapeutic services grounded in evidence-based practices to various client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of your clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on your qualifications and experience.
