This role allows flexibility as it is primarily remote, but you will also have the opportunity to connect with clients in our outpatient office in San Antonio, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

  Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused methods.

  Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other specialized modalities to address clients’ mental health issues.

  Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA standards.

  Collaboratively engage with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to support comprehensive client care.

  Conduct regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to enhance our clinical practices and improve client outcomes.

  Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them with resources and support to navigate their journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will comprise individuals of diverse backgrounds and varying mental health needs, including those affected by trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

  Profound knowledge of psychotherapy techniques, particularly solution-based approaches, enabling you to deliver individualized care effectively.

  Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, cultivating trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
