Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, supporting client confidentiality and care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, some of whom face significant barriers to accessing mental health care. As a counselor at Anderson Behavioral Health, you will work with clients battling a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your expertise will guide them toward healthier coping mechanisms and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Currently licensed and in good standing as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
