Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize the appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to provide effective treatment for emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions as aligned with each treatment plan.

• Establish initial treatment plans based on thorough assessments and coordinate any additional services as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy services delivered per both facility and professional standards, ensuring compliance with all ethical practices.

• Manage an assigned caseload while participating in collaborative treatment team meetings to enhance service delivery.

• Work closely with other professionals to facilitate comprehensive care and address client needs efficiently.

• Prioritize patient safety at all times and actively address any complaints or unmet needs from patients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Possession of the necessary state or national licensure for professional therapy providers, or eligibility for state licensure in Texas.

• Candidates must maintain valid licenses as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a rich benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, and three weeks of vacation per year.
