Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, offering pre-crisis assessments and developing crisis management plans to ensure safety and effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to all regulatory standards and agency policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to evaluate and monitor client progress.

• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of positive behavioral support plans, fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams.

• Take part in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring all practices meet the required standards for quality care.

• Serve as a key liaison with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and resource accessibility for clients.

• Foster open communication channels to align with contract standards and synergize with the agency's mission in the local community.

• Identify opportunities for professional development and participate actively in conferences, workshops, and professional meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment strategies that promote emotional resilience, self-sufficiency, and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current LMHC license issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
