Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing meaningful relationships and upholding professional ethics and boundaries throughout therapy sessions.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, evaluate stability, schedule future appointments, and determine appropriate discharge when goals are met.

• Design, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring all notes and assessments are up-to-date and compliant with organization policies.

• Carry out detailed intake assessments to understand the needs and history of new clients, setting the groundwork for successful treatment.

• Execute weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to address client challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
