Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy—to address the unique mental health challenges faced by clients.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community awareness and providing mutual support among individuals dealing with similar mental health issues.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, to provide coordinated care and share useful resources.

• Respond to crisis situations expertly, offering immediate interventions and safety planning for clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for additional support.

• Maintain accurate, ethical, and confidential clinical documentation following state and federal regulations.

• Engage in team case consultations and participate in ongoing professional development to stay up to date with the latest research and techniques in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
