Work Environment\n

This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments effectively while still being integrated into a vibrant team through virtual collaboration. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust your schedule to accommodate the needs of our patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the unique experiences and needs of each patient, shaping effective, personalized treatment plans that reflect their cultural backgrounds.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, delivering individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the distinctive needs and goals of your patients.

• Engage in constant collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care that addresses the full spectrum of patient needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services, empowering patients during mental health emergencies by employing calm, compassionate, and effective strategies.

• Educate patients and their family members about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in their mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring the highest level of care and accountability.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions to continuously improve your skills and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
