Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health background and needs, developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored specifically to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and systematically monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients who are dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our aim is to provide a safe space for clients to express themselves, heal from their experiences, and work toward personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license issued by the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• An advanced degree, such as a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create a trusting and empathetic therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred, enabling the practitioner to hit the ground running with established clinical competencies.
