Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status and substance use issues of clients, accurately identifying co-occurring disorders.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and patient interactions in compliance with both ethical and legal guidelines.

Qualifications\n
