Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals with co-occurring medical conditions and mental health disorders. You will support patients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other complex issues. Our goal is to enhance their overall well-being through compassionate care that recognizes the unique interplay between their mental and physical health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience in treating mental health issues while addressing co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients.
\n
• A strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries along with adherence to ethics and patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within integrated healthcare teams.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
