Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders in both adults and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning.

• Provide engaging telehealth therapy sessions using secure video and phone platforms, adapting your approach to suit each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in alignment with best practices and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client's demographic is diverse, ranging from adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression to adults facing various mental health challenges, including trauma-related disorders. As a therapist, your role will involve understanding and addressing the individual circumstances and backgrounds of your clients, applying culturally appropriate and personalized therapy methods to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients in a virtual setting.

• A strong commitment to maintaining detailed records and adhering to ethical and clinical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
