Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while providing outpatient services. Our digital operational framework includes regular team meetings via video conferencing, collaborative platforms for sharing patient information securely, and online resources to support professional development. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility required to meet the varying needs of our diverse patient base.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to capture the unique narratives and experiences of each patient, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques to align with the cultural backgrounds and individual preferences of patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focusing on addressing mental health concerns, fostering resilience, and promoting overall well-being.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating calmness and professionalism in high-stress situations.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care process.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a robust emphasis on cultural competency.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy that is responsive to cultural differences.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills with a proven ability to remain composed in difficult situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
