Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather relevant client histories, needs, and goals, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and progress notes within established timelines to ensure compliance and facilitate effective treatment delivery.

• Engage in team consultations and supervisory meetings, collaborating to refine therapeutic approaches and share insights on case management.

• Assist clients in accessing external services, such as specialized programs or community resources, when additional support is necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is geared towards a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults confronting various emotional and psychological challenges. Therapists will address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral health concerns, all within a culturally competent framework. Qualifications\n

• A current AMFT, ASW, or APCC license to practice in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Better Selves Therapy, Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
